Are any current AHGC farmers interested in learning more about what it’s going to take to get your crops out of the ground? If so, please join us Monday December 5 for a training day planned specifically for our growers. From 10-12, we will be digging Platycodon grandiflorus roots, and from 12:30-2:30, we will be washing, processing and loading the dryers. Since this will be a training session, we want to be prepared for enough materials for everyone. Please RSVP your intent to attend to naomi@appalachianherbgrowers.com. Bring a lunch for yourself and clothes appropriate to the weather. We will work outside even in light rain.
